Pond's Edge Exhibition and Turtles Kingston Fundraiser

from $25.00

Date: September 27, 2025

Time: 12:30-3:00 pm

Location: Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning: Rehearsal Hall, 370 King St West, Kingston, ON.

This exhibition brings together a diverse collection of local artists to showcase their take on turtle inspired art. This unique event is an intersection of art and conservation to both give a platform for local artists and raise awareness for the challenges faced by our local turtle populations and how you can help.

All gallery pieces will be given away to guests at the ticketed event. $100 tickets guarantee you will bring home a piece of art. $25 tickets give you a chance to win 1 of 5 art pieces.

Enjoy original turtle inspired art by local Kingston artists and turtle information in this unique blend of conservation, education, and art!

Following an open gallery viewing (10-12 am) we will have a ticketed event with turtle talks, refreshments and giveaways.

Tickets are $100 (art ticket) or $25 (attendance ticket) with $100 ticket holders guaranteed to go home with a unique original art piece from the gallery valued at over $80.

All $100 ticket holders (art tickets) will have their name entered into a 'hat'. Throughout the event we will pull out names and when your name is selected you get to choose one of the remaining art pieces (previously selected art pieces will be marked as 'taken').

Even if you are the last name selected you will have a choice of 6 art pieces. The remaining 5 art pieces will be given to 5 lucky $25 ticket holders!

The event will include refreshments, turtle information, great art, a selling table with additional art and turtle educational conservation resources, and great company.

This will be a great event to attend with friends and family.
